Please read these Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) carefully. The users, subscribers, and viewers (“Users”) and businesses, corporations, enterprises, educational institutes, non-governmental organizations, and governments (“Pages”) accept the terms of these Guidelines by accessing and/or utilizing the services of Together We Empower FZ-LLC (the “Company”). The Users and the Pages acknowledge that they agree to these Guidelines and accept the rights and obligations created by them. These Guidelines are drafted to govern and regulate the behavior of the Users, Pages, and the Company on the Company’s Platform. This Policy is designed to comply with applicable laws and standards.

1. INTRODUCTION TO COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Purpose and Scope: This document, henceforth referred to as the Guidelines, is a binding and integral component of the terms and conditions governing the use of +twe, a multifaceted digital Platform encompassing a mobile application (“App”) and a corresponding website (“Website”) (collectively, the “Platform”). The purpose of these Community Guidelines is to establish a comprehensive framework of rules, expectations, and standards of conduct for all Users and Pages of the +twe Platform, ensuring a safe, respectful, and productive environment conducive to the pursuit of educational, professional, and personal development. The scope of these Community Guidelines extends to all functionalities, services, and interactions facilitated by the +twe Platform, including, but not limited to, social networking, content creation and sharing, participation in learning experiences, goal setting, leaderboard activities, usage of points and coin systems, and all forms of communication and interaction among Users and Pages. These Guidelines delineate acceptable and prohibited behaviors, outline content standards, and prescribe mechanisms for enforcement and redress in instances of non-compliance. It is incumbent upon all Users and Pages to read, comprehend, and adhere to these Community Guidelines in their entirety. Usage of the +twe Platform constitutes an unambiguous and irrevocable agreement to abide by these Guidelines and any future amendments thereto. Failure to comply with these Guidelines may result in punitive measures, including, but not limited to, suspension or termination of access to the Platform, at the sole discretion of the Company.

1. Applicability to App and Website Users and Pages: These Community Guidelines are universally applicable to all Users and Pages of the +twe Platform, regardless of their mode of access, be it through the App or the Website. This includes registered Users and Pages with either freemium or premium subscriptions and non-registered Users and Pages who may access public areas of the Platform. The Guidelines apply equally and without bias to all forms of usage, including content creation, information sharing, social networking, participation in challenges, and any other activities facilitated by the Platform. Users and Pages are responsible for ensuring that their conduct, and any content they create, share, or engage with, is in strict conformity with these Guidelines. This responsibility extends to all interactions with other Users and Pages and encompasses all content, including text, images, videos, and any other forms of media. It is imperative that Users and Pages exercise sound judgment and due diligence in their interactions to uphold the integrity and intended purpose of the Platform.

1. Commitment to Empowerment and Innovation: The Company is steadfastly committed to fostering a community that promotes empowerment, innovation, and creativity among its Users and Pages. This commitment is embedded in the core philosophy and operational ethos of the Platform. The Community Guidelines are designed to support this vision by creating an environment where Users and Pages can safely and productively engage in educational, professional, and personal development activities. The Platform is dedicated to enabling Users and Pages to connect with opportunities across the globe. Through its various features and offerings, the Company aims to facilitate a vibrant community where Users and Pages can learn, share, mentor, and grow in an atmosphere of mutual respect, inclusivity, and collaboration. In alignment with this commitment, the Community Guidelines are structured to encourage positive contributions, discourage detrimental behaviors, and maintain a balance between freedom of expression and the collective well-being of the community. Users and Pages are encouraged to embrace these principles and contribute actively to the realization of +twe’s vision of empowering youth through innovation and creativity in all fields.

1. GENERAL CONDUCT AND USE

1. Respectful Interaction: The cornerstone of community engagement within the +twe Platform is predicated on the principle of respectful interaction. All Users and Pages are obligated to engage with one another in a manner that is courteous, professional, and considerate. This principle extends to all forms of communication and interaction facilitated by the Platform, including, but not limited to, posts, comments, messages, and any other User-generated content. Respectful interaction necessitates abstention from behaviors that are detrimental to the dignity, rights, and well-being of others. This includes, but is not limited to, the prohibition of harassment, bullying, derogatory language, hate speech, and any other forms of communication or behavior that could reasonably be perceived as offensive or harmful. Users and Pages must exercise discretion and sensitivity in their interactions, bearing in mind the diverse nature of the community. In instances of violation of this principle, the Company reserves the right to take appropriate actions, which may include removal of content, suspension of account privileges, or termination of access to the Platform. Such actions will be at the sole discretion of the Company and may be undertaken without prior notice to the offending User or the Page.

1. Authenticity and Honesty: Users and Pages of +twe are required to conduct themselves with authenticity and honesty at all times. This encompasses the truthful representation of oneself, one’s qualifications, experiences, and intentions. Users and Pages are prohibited from creating false identities, impersonating other individuals, or misrepresenting their affiliations with any entity or individual. Content shared on the Platform must be genuine and accurate to the best of the User’s or Page’s knowledge. Misinformation, disinformation, and the deliberate propagation of falsehoods are strictly prohibited. Users and Pages are solely responsible and liable for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the information they disseminate. Violations of this may result in punitive measures, including, but not limited to, content removal, suspension of account privileges, or termination of access to the Platform. The Company’s decision in these matters shall be final and binding. The Users and Pages are strictly prohibited from creating Pages of enterprises or corporations they have no right to create. The Company reserves the right to disable or delete in the event it comes to the notice of the Company that a User or a Page has engaged in such prohibited practice.

1. Prohibition of Misrepresentation: Users and Pages of +twe must refrain from any form of misrepresentation. This includes, but is not limited to, the fabrication or distortion of facts, misleading other Users and Pages, and the creation or dissemination of content that could deceive or mislead. Users and Pages must not engage in activities that could falsely inflate their achievements or contributions on the Platform, such as manipulation of the points and coins system or the leadership board. The principle of non-misrepresentation is critical to maintaining the integrity and trustworthiness of the Platform. Users and Pages found to be in violation of this principle will face strict penalties, which may include content removal, suspension of account privileges, or termination of access to the Platform. The Users and Pages are strictly prohibited from creating Pages of enterprises or corporations they have no right to create. The Company reserves the right to disable or delete in the event it comes to the notice of the Company that a User or a Page has engaged in such prohibited practice.

1. Compliance with Local and International Laws: Users and Pages of +twe are required to comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations. This compliance extends to the content they post, the interactions they engage in, and all activities undertaken on the Platform. Illegal activities, including, but not limited to, the promotion, facilitation, or participation in illegal acts, are strictly prohibited. This compliance also encompasses adherence to intellectual property laws. Users and Pages must respect the intellectual property rights of others and are prohibited from posting content that infringes on these rights. In the event of a User or a Page engaging in activities that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Company reserves the right to take appropriate actions, which may include cooperation with law enforcement authorities, removal of content, suspension of account privileges, or termination of access to the Platform. By adhering to these Guidelines, Users and Pages contribute to a safe, lawful, and respectful environment, aligning with the mission and vision of +twe.

1. CONTENT STANDARDS

1. Acceptable Content Guidelines: Within the confines of the +twe Platform, the establishment and observance of content standards is paramount. Users and Pages are obliged to adhere to stringent criteria of acceptability in all content they create, share, or interact with. These criteria encompass all user-generated content, including, but not limited to, texts, images, videos, and any other forms of media. Content is deemed acceptable when it aligns with the educational, professional, and personal development ethos of +twe and is respectful, informative, and conducive to positive community engagement. It should enrich the learning experience and foster constructive dialogue and connections among Users and Pages. Content that is educational, uplifting, and aligns with the thematic pillars of career development, academic learning, and personal growth is encouraged. This content must be accurate, non-deceptive, and should reflect a genuine intent to contribute positively to the community.

1. Prohibited Content: The prohibition of certain forms of content is crucial to uphold the integrity and safety of the community. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

1. Abusive or Harassing Content: Any form of content that constitutes or encourages harassment, abuse, or intimidation of other Users and Pages is strictly forbidden. This includes content that is derogatory, belittling, or which may incite hostility or violence against individuals or groups based on attributes such as race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic. The use of threats, coercion, or any form of psychological manipulation against other Users and Pages is strictly prohibited.

1. Explicit and Offensive Material: Content that is sexually explicit, graphically violent, or grossly offensive is strictly prohibited. This includes images, videos, or text that depict or describe such material in a detailed or gratuitous manner. The Platform is dedicated to maintaining a safe, inclusive environment, and such materials have no place in the community.

1. Exploitative or Harmful Content: Content that exploits individuals, especially minors, or endangers their well-being is strictly forbidden. This includes material that depicts or alludes to child exploitation, human trafficking, or any form of abuse or harm. Additionally, content that encourages self-harm, eating disorders, or any behavior detrimental to health and well-being is prohibited.

1. Promotion of Illegal Activities: Any content that promotes, glorifies, or aids illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the promotion of drugs, theft, fraud, or any other criminal activities. Content that provides instructions or assistance for engaging in illegal acts is also forbidden.

1. Intellectual Property and Copyright: Users and Pages must ensure that all content they post respects the intellectual property rights of others. This includes refraining from posting copyrighted material without proper authorization or attribution. Users and Pages are also prohibited from using the Platform to distribute pirated materials or to engage in any form of intellectual property theft. The use of trademarks, logos, or any other proprietary material in a manner that is likely to cause confusion or that infringes on the rights of the trademark owner is not permitted. In cases where a User or a Page believes that their intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by content on the Platform, they may report this to the Company for review. The Company will investigate such claims and take appropriate action, which may include the removal of the infringing content and sanctions against the User or the Page responsible.

1. Enforcement of Content Standards: The Company reserves the right to review and moderate content to ensure adherence to these standards. The Platform may, at its discretion, remove any content that is found to be in violation of these Guidelines. Repeated violations may result in further actions, such as temporary or permanent suspension of the User’s or the Page’s account. In extreme cases, the Company may report violations to law enforcement agencies. The Platform’s decisions regarding content moderation are final and binding on the Users and Pages. By adhering to these content standards, Users and Pages contribute to the maintenance of a safe, respectful, and enriching community on +twe, in alignment with the Platform’s vision and objectives.

1. SOCIAL NETWORKING AND INTERACTIONS

1. Positive Engagement Principles: In the realm of social networking on +twe, adherence to the principles of positive engagement is paramount. This adherence is vital in ensuring that the Platform remains a conducive environment for learning, professional development, and personal growth. Positive engagement on +twe is characterized by interactions that are constructive, supportive, respectful, and geared towards the mutual benefit of all community members. Users and Pages are required to engage in ways that promote learning, understanding, and positive professional and personal interactions. This includes, but is not limited to, offering constructive feedback, sharing knowledge and experiences in a manner that is helpful and encouraging, and engaging in discussions that are in the spirit of mutual respect and learning. The Platform prohibits any form of engagement that disrupts these principles, including, but not limited to, inflammatory remarks, derogatory comments, or any form of communication that could be construed as belittling or demeaning.

1. Networking Etiquette: Users and Pages are expected to maintain a level of professionalism in all interactions. This includes the use of language, tone, and the nature of the content shared. Professionalism in networking is not merely a courtesy; it is a requirement on +twe, integral to ensuring a respectful, productive, and valuable networking experience for all Users and Pages. Respect for diversity in opinions, backgrounds, and experiences is central to networking etiquette on +twe. Users and Pages must be mindful of cultural sensitivities and the diverse global User and Page base of the Platform. This sensitivity is critical in fostering an inclusive community where all members feel valued and respected. Networking interactions should be free from bias, discrimination, or any form of stereotyping.

1. Mentorship and Learning Interactions: In the context of mentorship and learning interactions on +twe, Users and Pages are expected to engage with a high degree of integrity, respect, and commitment to constructive learning. This includes both formal mentorship arrangements and informal learning interactions that occur on the Platform. Mentors and mentees are expected to uphold the values of honesty, respect, and a commitment to the learning process. This includes maintaining confidentiality where appropriate, providing honest and constructive feedback, and engaging in a manner that is respectful of each other’s time and commitments. Learning interactions, including discussions, collaborations, and information sharing, must be approached with an attitude of openness and a willingness to both teach and learn. Users and Pages engaging in learning interactions should do so with the intent to positively contribute to the knowledge and skills of others, while also being open to learning and growing themselves. In all social networking and interactions on +twe, Users and Pages are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that aligns with these Guidelines. Violations of these principles may result in a range of consequences, including, but not limited to, the removal of content, temporary suspension of the ability to participate in certain interactions, or, in severe cases, permanent suspension from the Platform. The Company reserves the right to enforce these Guidelines to maintain the integrity and purpose of the Platform, and to ensure it remains a space where Users and Pages can connect, learn, and grow in a positive and respectful environment.

1. SAFETY AND SECURITY MEASURES

1. Reporting Mechanisms: The Company places paramount importance on maintaining the safety and security of its Users and Pages and their interactions within the Platform. To this end, comprehensive reporting mechanisms have been established, enabling Users and Pages to report any content or behavior that contravenes the Platform’s Guidelines or poses a threat to User and Page safety. These mechanisms are as follows:

1. Content Reporting: Users and Pages of +twe have the right and responsibility to report any content that they find inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of the Community Guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, abusive content, harassing content, violence, material depicting exploitation, and promotion of illegal activities. The content reporting mechanism is designed to be User-friendly and accessible, ensuring that Users and Pages can quickly and easily bring such issues to the attention of the Platform administrators. Upon receiving a report, the Company will initiate a review process to ascertain the veracity of the report and the nature of the content. This process is conducted with due diligence and discretion to ensure fairness and accuracy.

1. Abuse Reporting in Communications: The Company is committed to providing a safe communication environment. Users and Pages are encouraged to report any instances of abuse they encounter in communications, including, but not limited to, direct messaging, comments, and social interactions within the Platform. Abuse reporting is a critical component of maintaining the integrity and safety of the Platform’s communication channels. Reports of communication abuse will be treated with the utmost seriousness and will prompt an immediate review. The Platform will take appropriate actions based on the severity and nature of the abuse reported.

1. Super Admin Oversight: To enforce the Community Guidelines effectively and ensure a safe environment for all Users and Pages, the Company may employ a Super Admin system with comprehensive oversight capabilities.

1. Content Review and Removal: The Super Admin team is responsible for reviewing reported content and determining appropriate actions. This may include the removal of content that violates the Community Guidelines. The review process is thorough, considering the context and impact of the content. Decisions made by the Super Admin team are final and are aimed at maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all Users and Pages.

1. User and Page Account Deactivation: In cases of severe or repeated violations of the Community Guidelines, the Super Admin team has the authority to deactivate User and Page accounts. Account deactivation is considered a last resort and is employed in situations where a User’s or Page’s behavior or content is deemed harmful to the community or the integrity of the Platform.

1. Child Safety Policy: The Company recognizes the importance of protecting the safety and well-being of children who use the Platform. The Child Safety Policy is a critical component of the Community Guidelines, designed to protect minors from harm and exploitation. This policy includes, but is not limited to, prohibiting content that exploits or endangers children, implementing age verification mechanisms, and providing resources and reporting options specifically for issues related to child safety. The Child Safety Policy is enforced rigorously, and any violations are subject to immediate action, including reporting to law enforcement agencies where appropriate.

1. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES TO GUIDELINES

1. User and Page Notification and Acceptance: Upon finalization of amendments to the Guidelines, a notification may be disseminated to Users and Pages through various channels, including in-app notifications, email communication, and announcements on the Platform. This notification provides a summary of the changes, the reasons behind them, and the effective date of the new Guidelines. Users and Pages are encouraged to review the updated Guidelines in full to understand the changes and their implications. User and Page acceptance of the amended Guidelines is a prerequisite for continued use of the Platform. By continuing to use +twe Platform after the effective date of the new Guidelines, Users and Pages are deemed to have accepted the amendments. If a User or a Page does not agree to the updated Guidelines, they have the option to discontinue the use of the Platform. In cases where significant changes are made to the Guidelines, the Company may implement additional measures to ensure a User or a Page understanding and acceptance, such as requiring the Users and Pages to actively acknowledge the changes through the Platform interface. The amendments and updates to the Community Guidelines are an integral part of maintaining a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment on +twe. The Platform is dedicated to ensuring that these changes are made with due consideration and transparency, upholding the Platform’s commitment to its Users and Pages and the integrity of the community.

1. ACCEPTANCE AND ENFORCEMENT

1. User and Page Agreement to Guidelines: The comprehensive Community Guidelines of the Company constitute an integral part of the User’s and Page’s agreement with the Platform. By creating an account, accessing, or using the +twe Platform, Users and Pages unequivocally affirm their understanding, acceptance, and agreement to adhere to these Guidelines in their entirety. This acceptance forms a binding legal contract between the User, Pages, and the Company, enforceable under the applicable laws and regulations. Users and Pages are responsible for regularly reviewing the Community Guidelines to stay informed of any updates or changes. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to the Guidelines signifies the User’s and Page’s acceptance of these changes. The Guidelines cover the entire spectrum of interactions and behaviors on the Platform, including content sharing, social networking, participation in challenges, and all forms of communication. The agreement to these Guidelines is a precondition for using the +twe Platform. Users and Pages who do not agree to these terms must refrain from using the Platform. The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the access of any User or Page who violates these Guidelines.

1. Consequences of Violations: Non-compliance with the Community Guidelines by Users and Pages will invoke disciplinary actions deemed appropriate by the Company. The severity of these actions will be proportional to the nature and gravity of the violation. Potential consequences include, but are not limited to:

1. Warning and Rectification: Initial or minor violations may result in a warning, giving the User and Page an opportunity to rectify their behavior.

2. Content Removal: Content that violates the Guidelines will be subject to removal from the Platform.

3. Suspension of Account: Serious violations may lead to temporary suspension of the User’s and Page’s account, barring them from accessing the Platform’s features.

4. Termination of Account: In cases of severe or repeated violations, the Company retains the right to permanently terminate the User’s and Page’s account.

5. Legal Action: For violations that constitute illegal activities, the Company may take legal action or collaborate with law enforcement authorities. The enforcement of these consequences will be administered at the sole discretion of the Company, and the Platform’s decisions shall be final. Users and Pages will be notified of the actions taken against them, with an explanation of the violation and the specific consequence applied.

1. Dispute Resolution and User and Page Support: In the event of disputes arising from the interpretation, application, or alleged breach of these Community Guidelines, Users and Pages are encouraged to contact the Company’s customer success team for resolution. The team will provide necessary support and guidance, ensuring that disputes are resolved in a fair and timely manner. The dispute resolution process involves:

1. Submission of Complaint: Users and Pages can submit their grievances or disputes through the designated channels provided by the Company.

2. Review and Investigation: The Company will review the complaint, investigate the circumstances, and gather necessary information.

3. Resolution: Based on the findings, the Company will propose a resolution in accordance with the Guidelines and Platform policies.

4. Appeal Process: If unsatisfied with the resolution, Users and Pages may appeal the decision, after which a further review may be conducted. 

The Company is committed to maintaining a Platform that is fair, respectful, and conducive to the personal, professional, and academic growth of its Users and Pages. The enforcement of these Guidelines and the resolution of disputes will be guided by this commitment, ensuring that the Platform remains a safe and positive environment for all Users and Pages.
