This declaration outlines our approach to prohibiting, detecting, and addressing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform, in compliance with applicable laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy.
Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
The Company strictly prohibits any content, activity, or behavior that constitutes or promotes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on the +Twe platform, including but not limited to:

In-App Reporting Mechanism
The +Twe platform provides clear in-app mechanisms for users to report concerns related to child safety:
Users can report content, profiles, or messages through an in-app reporting button. The report option appears in the three-dot ("...") menu next to posts, profiles, and messages. Users select a reason (such as inappropriate content, harassment, or CSAM suspicion) and submit the report for review.
All reports concerning child safety are prioritized and reviewed promptly by our team. We aim to review critical issues, including suspected CSAM, within 1 hour of the report being submitted.
Addressing CSAM
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform, we take immediate and appropriate action. Our response includes:
1. Content Removal: Any suspected CSAM is immediately hidden from public access while preserving the content securely for reporting purposes.
2. Account Suspension: The user account responsible for posting CSAM is frozen to prevent further activity while we investigate.
3. Evidence Preservation: We collect and securely store all related data, including the content, user details, IP addresses, and activity logs. Access to this information is restricted to trained moderators.
4. Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for CSAM violations, resulting in permanent account termination following preservation of necessary evidence.
Our content moderation team manually reviews all reports, with serious cases like suspected CSAM prioritized for immediate action by senior moderators.
Compliance with Child Safety Laws
The Company complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations:
1. NCMEC Reporting: For incidents involving users in the United States, we report instances of confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through their CyberTipline.
2. UAE Authority Reporting: For incidents related to the UAE, we coordinate with the UAE Ministry of Interior's Child Protection Centre through their official portal (https://www.moi-cpc.gov.ae). Reports are made within 2-3 days of detection, analysis, and confirmation.
3. Other Regional Authorities: For users in other jurisdictions, we identify and report to the appropriate regional authorities as required by local laws.
4. Law Enforcement Cooperation: We collaborate with law enforcement when required, including providing preserved evidence and account information.
5. Age Verification: We require users to enter their date of birth during registration and confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement (13+). We also monitor suspicious behavior patterns and review accounts if underage use is suspected.
Designated Child Safety Point of Contact
The Company has appointed its Founder and CEO as the +Twe platform’s official point of contact for all matters relating to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content and child protection enforcement. The Founder is responsible for:
1. Receiving alerts and notifications from app marketplaces (such as Google Play), child protection agencies, law enforcement, and user escalation teams.
2. Initiating investigation protocols and taking enforcement action, including content removal, user suspension, and reporting to authorities where required.

Technical Measures
We use AWS Rekognition to help detect inappropriate content, including nudity and child exploitation patterns. This system flags suspicious content for review by our moderators. However, final decisions are always made by human moderators.
Our moderators receive mandatory training on CSAM identification, handling of sensitive content, and emergency escalation procedures. This training occurs upon hiring and is refreshed every 6 months, focusing on trauma-informed approaches and safe handling protocols.
